Dario Frare was born in 1977 in Murano, he was Master glass-worker Giuliano Frare's son and since he was young started to experiment with glass. He studies at the Art School of Venice specializing in Glass Section and becoming Master of art. During his growth, he developed more and more innovative glassware about the idea, the executive technique and his great craftsmanship. Affected by his father, Dario is very interested in nature and in the lovely environment of the Lagoon. Thanks to his technique and his skill, he creates almost real animals. Moreover, he is dedicated to some collections formed by miniatures curate meticulously. It must be added to his works African tribal, Masai warriors and Samurai. Since 2006 he contributes to the creation of the artist Aristide Najean's works and recently he has started a collaboration with the master glass-worker and grinders of the island, such as the Master and engraver Luigi Camozzo creating even more unique thanks to engraving and decorum. Today his professional certificate and his talent make him one of the most up-and- coming artist in the glass sector.
